11 spiritual lessons you can learn from covid pandemic — Follow Your Own Rhythm

I hope everyone is safe and well!

I know that this is a hard time for most of us, and as much as we’re all trying to stay positive, I’m sure that we go through waves of sadness, fear, anger, depression, loneliness, and hopelessness from time to time.

Some days are harder than others, some easier and brighter. But I think we could all agree on one thing.

This pandemic is making us face ourselves like never before.

We can’t have what we want. We can’t go where we want. We can’t do what we want. We are scared, we are stressed, and we feel stuck.

Our whole lives have changed because of this pandemic, and we are struggling with all of the uncomfortable feelings it brings up within us, forcing us to get to know a whole other side to ourselves. The side that doesn’t quite know how to deal with uncertainty, discomfort, and solitude.

However, instead of looking at that as a negative, I see the treasure.

I look at this lock down and quarantine not as a burden or a waste, but as a beautiful opportunity for SPIRITUAL GROWTH.

I am finding that this experience has within it SO MANY LESSONS to learn, and therefore so much potential to help us.
