FREE SELF-CARE WORKSHEETS TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE

Who doesn’t love free stuff? Especially when it comes to self-care! We can all use a little help and guidance on our journey to self-healing. These free worksheets are designed to help reframe your mindset and keep you grounded throughout the day.

I’m so excited to share these three thoughtfully designed self-care worksheets with you. Each one has a specific purpose to help keep you grounded, stay present, and to reflect on your daily habits.

There’s a recent quote I came across that said: “It’s the small habits. How you spend your mornings. How you talk to yourself. What you read. What you watch. Who you share your energy with. Who has access to you. That will change your life.” – anonymous

This quote above really spoke to me. It’s another great reminder that every action, big or small, that we make in our life has an impact on our mental and emotional health. Whether it’s deciding to cut ties with someone who brings you down constantly, making an effort to meditate each morning, or journaling daily – these small steps can truly change your life for the better.

Below, I’ve shared below the three self-care worksheets I have designed, with a description of each and how they can be used effectively.

Daily Habit Tracker

This free worksheet is an effective way to visually keep track of your daily habits to see what you need to work on and what habits you’ve already perfected. You can download this awesome worksheet on my website here: https://www.thehippielifeofriley.com/product-page/daily-habit-tracker-printable-worksheet

After downloading each worksheet, you can then print it out as many times as you like. This is one of my favorite worksheets I’ve created because it has helped keep me on track and reminds me what’s important. Another positive aspect about this worksheet is that you can start using it at any time of the year. It doesn’t have to just be at the beginning of a new year – start using it now!

Here are some great examples of what you can track each day:

  • Drinking a glass of water first thing when you wake up

  • Morning yoga

  • Morning meditation

  • Eating a healthy breakfast

  • Working out

  • Daily affirmations

  • Daily journaling

  • Checking in with yourself throughout the day

Morning Journal Prompts

Taking a few minutes each morning to reflect on what you’re grateful for, what your intentions are, and writing daily affirmations gives you control over your mindset for the day. Journaling can help center your thoughts and keep you in the present moment. The journal prompts I’ve chosen for this worksheet are easy to write about and only require about 5-10 minutes of your time.

If you can take control of your mindset, intentions, and emotions by spending a few minutes journaling each morning, you will be ready to conquer each day with ease. Set Healthy Boundaries

Something I think a lot of us struggle with is setting boundaries. Whether it’s always saying yes when we really want to say no, or constantly interacting with people who bring us down. I know I’m guilty of both these things, which is what inspired me to create this worksheet. Writing down what you struggle with and how you plan on working through this is very effective. Not only does it help you plan, but you also now have it as a physical entity to refer to. It’s no longer just something in your mind. Studies have proved that people who write down their goals or objectives are 70% more likely to achieve them than those who don’t.

So, what are you waiting for? Let’s help you achieve your healthy boundaries by downloading this free worksheet on my website here: https://www.thehippielifeofriley.com/product-page/set-healthy-boundaries-printable-worksheet
