Boost Your Concentration With Essential Oils

To make things done you need a concentration. To make them done fast you need a better concentration. It doesn’t much matter either it’s a house work, or office job. Without concentration things are just not moving forward, they sort of stuck in a process or done half way.

There are so many distractions happening around, like messages coming on your phone, or someone calls you or asks something, social media distractions (here you can easily go out of time), or if you work from home you can have kids running around and messing up with everything what is on their way. All this makes it extremely difficult to concentrate and make things done, especially on time.

Some people can concentrate with loud music, some can successfully do multitasking, but some may find it challenging from time to time. I found a good deal with essential oils to help me to boost concentration.

  1. Rosemary
  2. Lemon
  3. Peppermint
  4. Basil
  5. Cedarwood Atlas
  6. Cardamom
  7. Eucalyptus (Globulus and Radiata)
  8. Hyssop
  9. Laurel Leaf

You can diffuse them in a room for half an hour, or put them in a USB diffuser if you’re working with PC (I really love this one), or placing a drop on your palms, rub them and inhale. Not all essential oils are suitable for everyone, so keep it in mind. Also some might be too strong to use around little kiddos and small animals. Hyssop is contraindicated for people with epilepsy. Also Cardamom, Peppermint, Rosemary, Hyssop, Eucalyptus, Laurel Leaf are too strong for young children (age 5 and below) if they are running around, that’s why I love using USB diffuser.
