Quick Ho’oponopono Cleanse

Ho’oponopono is a beautiful Hawaiian healing practice. It is also among the simplest of energy clearing techniques known today. It involves the repeated recitation of the following four phrases-

I am sorry
Please forgive me
I love you
Thank you

The repetition of these phrases is believed to have a cleansing effect on the subconscious. As we recite the Ho’oponopono, traumatic memories, dysfunctional patterns, and unhealthy energetic cords are dissolved.

Any time is a good time to practise Ho’oponopono. The more we practise it, the lighter we feel. It is so simple and easy that we can chant the Ho’oponopono phrases continuously as we go about our day. However, it can also help to practise it in a systematic manner first thing in the morning or before going to bed at night. This can help to dissolve any lingering negativity in the energy field and pave the way for a peaceful day or night ahead.

Quick Ho’oponopono Cleanse

1. Close your eyes and take a few deep centering breaths.
2. Visualise a bright white light over your Crown chakra. You may see the Reiki symbols or any other sacred symbols you connect with in this light.
3. See or feel the white light coming down and forming a column over your energy field. See or feel the column extending deep down into the core of the Earth.
4. Breathe for a few moments. Once you feel anchored in this column, begin to chant the Ho’oponopono. Reciting it 27 times works well for me. You may choose a number that works best for you.
5. Take a deep breath. Give thanks. And you’re all set for a light and happy day ahead!
