Telepathy is a beautiful and intriguing psychic phenomenon. Almost all of us have experienced telepathic communication at some point in our lives. Recall those moments when you thought of someone and you received a text or call from them soon after! Or think of a time when someone around you gave voice to a thought fleeting through your head. All of these are examples of telepathy at work.
While telepathic communication very often happens without conscious effort, it is also possible to explore telepathy in a conscious manner. This can be especially helpful when you wish to communicate a specific message to someone but for some reason it isn’t possible to have a personal conversation with them. Sending them a telepathic message and doing so in the presence of Reiki can be a healing experience!
Let’s now look at how this can be done-
- The best time to practise telepathic communication is when you do self-Reiki. We all know how relaxed we feel when we give ourselves Reiki. This state of deep relaxation serves as fertile ground for telepathic communication. Prepare yourself for a telepathic communication during one of your self-healing sessions.
- Pick the person you would like to send your message to and be clear about what exactly you would like to communicate.
- Begin your self-Reiki session like you always do.
- You can send your telepathic message just before you end the session with the Attitude of Gratitude/Closing Prayer. Bring your attention to your third eye and picture the person you intend to communicate with. Beam Reiki towards them and see them enveloped in a bubble of divine light. This is to ensure your message is transmitted and received in the highest possible energy.
- Begin to transmit your message to this person now. You may either speak it aloud or silently in your mind.
- Once done, affirm and seal the process by saying, “It is done!”
- Thank the Higher Self of this person for having received your message. Trust and let go.
- Conclude your Reiki session with the Attitude of Gratitude/Closing Prayer.
