One of my new, favorite things to do is find creative ways to fill my life with positive affirmations. Sure, you can say them out loud or stick post-it notes on your mirror and such – but that gets old and fast! That’s why I created this super-cute set of positive affirmation bookmarks that also function as adult coloring printables! And you can download yours for free at the end of this blog post.
Why motivational affirmation adult coloring bookmarks?
There are so many reasons why positive affirmation bookmarks are such a great idea!
First, if you like to read a lot as I do, then it just gives you one more method of infusing your day with positivity.

It’s a great way to unwind after a long day or week, and it’s a great way to nurture your inner child (something adults don’t do nearly enough of in this stressful world!)

Ideas for these free printable bookmarks
If you love reading then obviously you can just download and print them for yourself as regular bookmarks.
I recommend at least using more durable paper than standard printer paper.
I bought this heavier cardstock paper on Amazon and it works really well for bookmarks as well as other printables like wall art or coloring page designs!
Another great idea would be to gift them to friends just to offer a cute bit of motivation and inspiration to add to their day as well.
If you have children, coloring things like this together is an excellent way to spend time with them and install positive mindsets in them as well.
(My little boy actually helped me pick one of the designs and likes to color them too – it’s super cute and fun to do together.)
You could cut one down to size and put it in your wallet for a pop of motivation if you’ve got big goals.
Or, you could even use it as vision board material to get your dream board poppin’!
