A manifestation journal is simply a notebook where you track your manifestations.

You can use it to record your daily affirmations and gratitude list, script your dream life, and document your manifestation journey.

The goal is to use the journal every day as a tool to help you focus your mind on what you want to manifest.

Some people like to use a dedicated manifestation journal, while others prefer to use a regular notebook or even just a blank sheet of paper.

It’s really up to you – any journaling is better than none at all for the manifestation process.

But I have a huge warning here –

The Universe rewards clarity.

It’s so much better to stay decluttered, organized, and keep ALL your manifestation workings in one tidy place, sacred, away from everything else you might have lying around.

For this reason I highly recommend purchasing a 3-ring binder (I like to get mine from the dollar store), but you can buy them on Amazon too.

It’s good to get the “showcase” kind with the plastic coverings. That way you can see the pretty cover and spine on your binder, and that’ll motivate you to use it more!

What do you write in a manifestation journal?

A good manifestation journal will have a mix of content types.

You’ll want to track your positive affirmations and gratitude list, script your dream life, document your manifestation journey, and more.

The free manifestation journal I have for you has everything you need so I recommend you get your copy.

(And I also created an instruction booklet so you’ll know how to use it!)

But here are a few manifestation journal examples you will find in it (or could create for yourself if you go a different route):

Weekly Intentions & Reflections

Every week, you’ll set 3 intentions for the week ahead. You can choose to focus on anything you want – your career, relationships, health, or personal growth.

Then, at the end of the week, you’ll reflect on how things went. This is a great way to see what’s working and what’s not, so you can adjust your intentions for the following week.

Monthly Intentions & Reflections

Similar to the weekly intentions, but on a monthly basis. This is a great way to stay focused on your long-term goals.

It’s a great idea to do this at the very end of each month as a ritual.

Manifestation Ritual Planner

This is where you’ll track any manifestation rituals or spells you might want to try.

It’s a great practice to plan your ritual before you do them because you’ll have everything you need before getting started.

Plus it’s good to go back and reflect on what you did, when you did it, and how well it worked.

Scripting Letter to the Universe

Scripting is one of the more powerful and popular manifestation techniques around …
