– To relieve pain from an injury or muscle strain, start by holding one hand over each area where it hurts (e.g., one hand over the injured knee and another on your lower back).

– Take a few deep breaths to focus, then imagine that you are breathing all of the pain away with each exhale; remember to breathe in golden light as well (as if filling up balloons inside yourself) before slowly letting it go.
